Booking Policy

**Safety Policy:** At our premises, safety and compliance with regulations are paramount. To ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all, we have established the following policies: - Unauthorized possession of alcohol on the premises will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. - Absolutely no criminal activity, weapons, or drugs are permitted within the premises. - Smoking, including marijuana and nicotine, is strictly prohibited within the building. Additionally, any form of physical altercations or fighting is not allowed on the premises. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate action, including contacting law enforcement, forfeiture of the refundable damage deposit, and potential restriction from future events at this location. **Booking Details:** We are delighted to assist in hosting your event and request your cooperation with the following booking details: - A 50% retainer fee is required to secure the date. Payment of the remaining balance is due in full one month prior to the event date. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. However, clients who provide a 120-day notice of cancellation will receive a venue credit, valid for up to a year. - A refundable damage deposit of $200 is required and can be paid via a blank money order, cash, or Cash App before your event. This deposit will be returned upon completion of the event, provided all client responsibilities and our policies outlined in the contract have been adhered to. - Events are allotted a total duration of 7 hours, encompassing room setup and vendor preparation. All guests must depart by the scheduled conclusion of the event. Any additional time beyond this will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour. - The maximum capacity for the venue is 100 people, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all attendees. Your cooperation and adherence to these policies are greatly appreciated.
